Sign Project Manager

The Sign Project Coordinator is responsible for the management of sign manufacturing and installation projects. Responsibilities also include estimating, surveys, order processing, contracts, permits, and communication with clients and vendors.

Skills and Knowledge

  • High school diploma
  • Higher levels of learning beneficial
  • Project Management or Sign Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus

  • Management of Sign Manufacturing and Sign Installation Projects
  • Estimating
  • Surveys
  • Order Processing – Contract
  • Permits
  • Communication with customers and vendors.
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Self-Starter, Flexible
  • Organized, Detail Oriented
  • Problem Solving Skills, Able to Handle Multiple Assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is Required
  • Proficient in Typing
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
