We’re hiring a Project Coordinator at Barnett Signs — a great opportunity for recent grads or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in operations, project management, and working inside a growing small business.
This is not a sit-back role. You’ll be in the middle of real projects, helping move work from kickoff to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
Create work orders and push projects through workflow
Coordinate site readiness and inspections
Keep documentation, notes, and tasks organized
Support scheduling and fulfillment teams
Assist with project closeout and status updates
You’ll work closely with our Account Reps, who own the customer relationship, while you help keep everything moving behind the scenes.

Organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
Eager to learn and grow
Great fit for backgrounds in business, project management, construction, IT, communications, or similar.
