We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead install operations in the field. Your Team Lead owns the jobs — you own the system around them: schedule, crews, equipment, safety, and outcomes.

Operations & Scheduling
Build and manage the daily install schedule
Align crews, equipment, and freight
Partner with Account Reps to keep work flowing
Adjust quickly as conditions change
Execution
Keep jobs moving and crews productive
Solve problems early and plan ahead
People
Coach Team Leads and crews
Set the standard for quality, pace, and professionalism
Step into the field when needed
Equipment & Safety
Ensure fleet and tools are ready and maintained
Keep the yard organized and jobs staged
Own safety standards in the field
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading installation, construction, or field-service crews
Proven ability to build and manage schedules
Strong communicator — clear and steady under pressure
Organized and proactive
Safety-minded with high standards
Experience with dispatch/scheduling tools is a plus
