Barnett Signs is looking for an experienced Install Foreman to lead and support our field crews across North Texas. You’ll make sure our teams leave prepared, work safely, and complete quality installations.
What You’ll Own
Pre-Trip Readiness — Crews, trucks, materials, equipment, and job information ready to go
Field Leadership — Coach Install Leads and Apprentices and support jobs in the field
Safety — Reinforce safe installation, rigging, and equipment practices
Quality & Completion — Inspect work and ensure jobs are completed right the first time
Problem Solving — Troubleshoot field issues and keep crews moving
Equipment & Materials — Make sure crews have what they need and company equipment is cared for
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sign installation experience
Valid CDL required
Journeyman Sign Electrician license required
Experience leading crews and running sign installations
Strong knowledge of cranes, bucket trucks, lifts, rigging, and jobsite safety
Dependable leader who communicates well, thinks ahead, and holds a high standard
