Account Representative

The Account Rep owns the customer relationship and keeps projects moving from start to finish. This role is responsible for clear, proactive communication, accurate project setup, and strong follow-through. You’ll manage multiple projects at once, stay on top of details, and make sure customers are informed and confident every step of the way. This role also requires developing and applying working knowledge of sign projects across estimating, surveying, permitting, installation, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and proactively on status, timelines, and changes
  • Ensure projects are fully set up and ready for Operations
  • Keep all project information accurate and up to date
  • Identify and address issues early
  • Manage multiple projects at once and follow through on commitments

Experience / Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; additional education a plus
  • Project coordination or account management experience preferred
  • Experience or competency in managing projects through estimating, permitting, installation, and closeout
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
